Guangdong Coating Industry Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Alliance 2020 (Enlarged Conference) was held in Zhuhai, Guangdong

On the afternoon of August 17, the 2020 Annual (Enlarged Conference) of Guangdong Coating Industry Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Alliance was held in Zhuhai, Guangdong.

The conference was hosted by Guangdong Coatings Industry Association, organized by Zhuhai Changlu Industrial Control Automatic Control System Co., Ltd., and co-organized by Guangdong Zhenghe Engineering Co., Ltd. Lv Shuilie, Secretary-General of Guangdong Coatings Industry Association, Hu Jingzhao, Honorary President of Shunde Coatings Chamber of Commerce, Xiang Jinjie, Deputy General Manager of Zhuhai Changlu, Li Changhuan, Chairman of Guangdong Zhenghe, and representatives of intelligent manufacturing enterprises such as Peller Machinery, Ruitian Machinery, Suwei, Guangzhou Shenghua, and representatives of coating companies such as Bardfu, Gabriel, Bartex, PPG, Tongde, etc., shared the construction plan of coating intelligent factory under the new situation.

       The meeting was chaired by Li Changhuan, chairman of Guangdong Zhenghe, who said: In recent years, affected by national safety production and environmental protection policies, the coating industry is facing transformation and upgrading, and the requirements for intelligence, automation and cleanliness of paint factories are getting higher and higher. Taking advantage of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Guangdong Coatings Industry Association, the Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Alliance was established in Jiangmen in May 2019. In the past year, under the leadership of Guangdong Tu Association, some work has been carried out under the close cooperation of various alliance enterprises, and the process of industry intelligence has been promoted. In the future, unmanned factories will be the goal pursued by the alliance.

Lv Shuilie, secretary-general of Guangdong Coatings Industry Association, said in his speech that this year Guangdong Coatings Association is committed to promoting the high-quality development of Guangdong coatings, and this conference is one of the series of activities of Guangdong Coatings "quality development". Intelligent manufacturing and digital transformation are the direction actively explored by the coating industry, and it is also an inevitable choice for the high-quality development of Guangdong coatings. He said the Alliance is a non-profit organization that serves the entire industry. It is hoped that the members of the alliance will strengthen communication and technical exchanges, standardize the construction of intelligent factories with higher standards, and truly realize the upgrading of the whole process from factory planning and design, process system and optimization, equipment system, information technology, production control, safety and environmental protection, quality management, product design, etc.

       At the meeting, Xiang Jinxie, deputy general manager of Zhuhai Changlu, welcomed everyone's arrival. He also shared the group standards of "Summary of the Work of the Intelligent Manufacturing Alliance of the Guangtu Association" and "Construction and Evaluation Requirements of Intelligent Factories in the Coating Manufacturing Industry". The meeting also invited Zhong Ji Sheng, director of PPG Kunshan Factory, to share the experience of "Coating Intelligent Factory Construction Landing Scheme", Zeng Tianying, Deputy General Manager of Guangdong Zhenghe, to interpret "Fine Chemical Fire Protection Standards", and Dr. Yin Wu to share "Core Technologies for the Application of Intelligent Manufacturing Industrialization in the Field of Fine Chemicals".
